One of the big questions regarding MC Motorsports throughout our history is Bradley Cmejla. Who is Bradley Cmejla? Bradley Cmejla is the father of Marty Cmejla and is the person who got Cmejla into sim-racing at a young age back in 2013, with the game NR2003. Bradley Cmejla also got Marty Cmejla iRacing for Christmas in 2021.
Bradley Cmejla also got iRacing for himself in 2021. Brad Cmejla hardly races iRacing anymore. His recent iRacing race in general was back in June of 2023, a PickUp Cup Daytona race. His explanation for the lack of iRacing is "work and busyness".
Brad's recent NR Night in America race was in November of 2022. He did two races - a truck race at Daytona, and a truck race at Charlotte. He got wrecked out in both. In his first race he got 27th, and in his second: 38th. It has been a rough tenure for his NR Night in America career.
He had planned on doing another race on November 22nd, but Idk Player (Jonathan Ramos) messed up the session and it resulted in the Cmejla's missing the new version session.
Brad's future on iRacing was in question. He told Marty that iRacing "stresses him out" and he has been "better off without." Marty said, "that's ridiculous." Cmejla had deeply thought about his iRacing return. With deep persuasion, Brad Cmejla posted a press conference on November 23rd, 2023.
"After long deliberation and countless hours of thinking, I did end up working out a deal and I have extended my iRacing career, for the next 2 years," Brad said in his press conference. This left reporters stunned.
One reporter asked if this meant he would try to make more NR Night in America starts. He said in response, "Yes, when I have time, I will. I renewed yesterday, so it is official already. Not gonna retire yet."

With this, you can't leave ASPHALT MEDIA racing out of the question. ASPHALT MEDIA's average SOF ranges from 1500-2500, and the skill level, according to Marty Cmejla, "is very similar to Brad's." Marty Cmejla is hoping his father can make some ASPHALT MEDIA starts with this new agreement.
Will Brad Cmejla return to the race track after this 6-month hiatus? Will he ever make another NR Night in America start? Only time will tell.
